About Me

As the founder of VonSwy Recreation Station, I created this space for high-capacity women like me—women who look strong on the outside but silently carry the weight of being “the one everyone counts on.”

There was a time when I was a successful professional with a full plate—but behind the titles and the to-do lists, I felt stuck. I knew I was created for more, but I didn’t know how to realign my life without letting someone down. I felt isolated in my ambition, unsure where to turn for support that honored both my faith and my goals.

That’s why I built this community—not just as a place to gather, but as a framework for living with clarity, courage, and capacity. Over the years, I’ve walked alongside other powerful women in group coaching, mentorship circles, and strategic planning sessions. Together, we’ve challenged old mindsets, leaned on wise counsel, and rediscovered what it means to lead with purpose and peace.
